Kenneth "Ken" B. Ultsch, Jr.

Tilton, NH------Kenneth "Ken" B. Ultsch, Jr., 66, of 28 Grant Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Wednesday, May 4, 2005.

Mr. Ultsch was born October 4, 1938 in Chelsea, MA, the son of Grace (McComiskey) and Kenneth B. Ultsch, Sr.

Mr. Ultsch served in the Army National Guard for fifteen years.

He lived in Burlington, MA for several years. After summering in Tilton, NH for eighteen years, he moved to Tilton year round seven years ago. He was a self-employed carpenter.

Mr. Ultsch was a Mason and member of the Robert Lash Lodge, Burlington, MA. He loved being with his family and enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his wife of forty-four years, Irene A. (Beaudoin) Ultsch, of Tilton, NH; three daughters, Karen Hanson and her husband, Russell Bildeau, of Burlington, MA, Susan Pelletier and her husband, Lee, of Epping, NH and Tammy Costa and her husband, Al, of Pepperell, MA; six grandchildren, Rachael Judd of Epping, NH, Kenneth Hanson of Burlington, MA, Kaitlin Hanson of Burlington, MA, Kristyn Judd of Epping, NH and Samantha and Chelsea Costa both of Pepperell, MA; his mother, Grace Ultsch, of Laconia, NH; three brothers, Walter Ultsch of Maine, Frank Ultsch of England and Arthur Ultsch of Florida and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Kenneth B. Ultsch, Sr.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2005 from Noon until 3:00PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH, using the Whipple Avenue Entrance. A funeral service will follow the calling hours on Sat., May 7, 2005 at 3:00PM also at the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220-3049 or to the Bektash Shriners, PO Box 4086, Concord, NH 03302.
