Laconia-----Marion E. Wetherbee, 92, of 49 Overland Street, died at the St. Francis Home on Tuesday, April 11, 2006. She was the widow of Warren E. Wetherbee, Sr. who died in 1970.
Mrs. Wetherbee was born March 18, 1914 in Canada, the daughter of John and Marion (Burnell) Shirley.
Mrs. Wetherbee was employed at Lakes Region Linen for many years.
Survivors include a son, Warren E. Wetherbee of Laconia; two daughters, Roberta Flanders of Laconia and Wanita Dupois of Georgia; seven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; three great, great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
There will be no calling hours.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 2:00PM at St. James Episcopal Church, 876 North Main Street, Laconia. Rev. Hays M. Junkin, Rector of the Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in the family lot in Brown’s Yard Cemetery, Brown’s Yard, New Brunswick, Canada.
