Chattanooga, Tenn. ----Charles “Chuck” Colburn, 44, of Chattanooga and a former long time resident of Laconia died in Tenn. on Tuesday April 22, 2006 following an auto accident.
Chuck was born May 2 1961 in Laconia the son of Roger E. and Betty (Jenot) Colburn, Sr. He had lived in Laconia most of his life and had attended Laconia High School. He moved to Tenn. in 2006. He had been employed by Utility Pole Tech. in Chattanooga for the past 3 months. In Laconia he had been employed at Aavid Thermalloy, LLC and Arsenault Tree Service.
Survivors include a daughter Heidi Donohue of Laconia; 2 brothers Roger E. Colburn, Jr. of Haverhill, MA and Donny Sargent of Laconia; 2 sisters Beverly Leet of Belmont and Tracy Teabult of Tenn.; many nephews and nieces. Beside his parents he was predeceased by a sister Ruby Ann Hickey in 2005.
A calling hour will be held on Wednesday April 26, 2006 from 1-2 PM followed by a funeral at 2:00 PM. at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia using the Carriage House entrance.
Burial will be held on Thursday April 27, 2006 at 10:00 at Blair Cemetery, Campton, NH.
