Laconia------Mrs. Virginia L. Arnold, 77 of 14 Lincoln Street, died Saturday evening, August 3, 2002 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester.
Mrs. Arnold was born February 23, 1925 in Laconia, the daughter of Myron and Lillian (Bass) Cox.
Mrs. Arnold was a life long resident of Laconia. She worked as a nurse at the Laconia Clinic. She enjoyed playing bingo, gardening and was an avid seamstress.
Survivors include her husband Herbert A. Arnold of Laconia; a son, Daryl H. Arnold of Laconia; a daughter, Jerilyn L. O&Mac226;Hearn of Northfield; a grandson, Jeremy S. Bernier of Worcester, MA. Two brothers, Clayton Cox of Vero Beach, FL and Donald Cox of Belmont, NH and several nieces and nephews.
There are no calling hours.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2002 at Union Cemetery, Laconia, NH at 11:00 AM.
The Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
