Concord------Dawn Marie Douglass Kopka, 38, of Loudon Road, died after a long illness on August 9, 2004 at Concord Hospital.
Dawn was born March 8, 1966 in Laconia, NH, the daughter of Laurence and Margaret E. (Constant) Kopka. She was a long time resident of Laconia before moving to Concord two years ago.
In addition to her parents, Laurence and Margaret Kopka, of Belmont, NH, she is survived by three daughters, Jasmine Schultz, Tawnya Simonds, and Crystal Green; four grandchildren, Trever Simonds, Fabiean Simonds, Quaide Simonds and Reave Simonds; her grandmother, Audrey Lapointe, of Boscawen, NH; two aunts, Priscilla Cadieux, of Exeter, NH; Dorothy Busby of Leominster, MA; many cousins, including Eric Joniece of Rochester, NH; uncles and dear friends, Vickie & Jay.
There will be no calling hours.
Funeral Services will be private.
