Laconia-------Barbara J. "Maude" Keysar, 72, of 10 Carver Street died at her home on Sunday, August 8, 2004.
Mrs. Keysar was born May 28, 1932 in Concord, Vermont, the daughter of Wallace A. and Thelma (Hartshorn) Woodbury. She attended local schools in Littleton, NH.
Mrs. Keysar moved to Laconia, NH forty years ago and was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Gilford, NH. She was the Church Secretary for fifteen years, retiring in 1994. Mrs. Keysar was a former member of T.O.P.S.
Survivors include her husband of fifty years, Charles "Mac" Keysar, a daughter, Jessica Alward, and two grandchildren, Braeden Alward and Riley Alward, all of Laconia; a brother, Stephen Woodbury, of Plymouth, NH; a sister, Claudette Brooks, of Littleton, NH and five nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Wallace Woodbury.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 13, 2004 at 11:00AM at the First United Methodist Church, 500 Gilford Avenue, Gilford, NH. Rev. Dr. Victoria Wood Parrish, Pastor of the Church, will officiate. Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
