Laconia-Ralph E. Cilley, 52, of 14 Paradise Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Tuesday, April 30, 2002.
Mr. Cilley was born November 1, 1949 in Laconia, NH the son of Clarence L. and Frances M. (Lacroix) Cilley. He lived most of his life in Laconia, graduating from Laconia High School in 1967.
Mr. Cilley served in the U. S Army during the Vietnam War. He worked for Drouin Masonry for many years and then worked as a supervisor at Mills Industries. He was a member of the Laconia Rod and Gun Club.
Survivors include his wife, Florence L. (Shaw) Cilley of Laconia; his mother, Frances M. Cilley of Laconia; two sons, Scott A. Cilley of Lee, NH and Ralph E. Cilley, II of Indian Head, MD; two daughters, Vicky Cilley and Marcella Cilley both of Laconia; five step sons, Robert Dow of Laconia, Michael Dow of Gilford, NH, Christopher Dow and Anthony Dow both of Tilton, NH and Tracy Dow of Laconia; 10 grandchildren; a brother, Chester L. Cilley of Laconia; one sister, Sandra Bristol of Salisbury, NH and several nephews and nieces. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother, Albert C. Cilley.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2002 from 1-3 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia. A Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at the Funeral Home at 3:00PM. Rev. Robert Farah, pastor of the Center Harbor Christian Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the family lot in Meredith Village Cemetery, Meredith, NH.
