Marion Petingill

Franklin-----Marion Petingill, 70, of 11 Pleasant Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Saturday, November 28, 2009. Mrs. Petingill was the widow of James Petingill.

Mrs. Petingill was born October 20, 1939 in Woburn, Mass., the daughter of Edward P. and Marion E. (Smith) Wheaton. She lived in New Smyrna, Florida for several years before moving to Franklin four years ago.

Mrs. Petingill is survived by a son, Bruce W. Young, of Salisbury, N.H.; two daughters, Kerry Young of Pittsfield, N.H. and Cathy Hersey of Franklin, N.H.; five grandchildren; two sisters, Pauline Genereaux of Florida and Elizabeth Strong of Connecticut and several nephews and nieces.

There will be no calling hours.

A Funeral Service will be held in the Spring.
