Meredith, NH-----Mrs. Barbara Smith Lyons, 94, of 153 Parade Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Saturday, January 30, 2004. She was the widow of John C. Lyons.
Mrs. Lyons was born May 8, 1909 in Branford, CT, the daughter of Harry A. and Bessie May (Flanders) Smith. Mrs. Lyons was employed at R. C. A.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Anne L. Rafferty, of Topsfield, MA; a nephew, Warren Smith, Jr. of Connecticut and a niece, Janyce Dean of Gilford, NH. In addition to her husband of fifty-nine years, she was predeceased by a brother Warren F. Smith, Sr.
There will be no calling hours or funeral service.
