Robert E. Brigham

Moultonboro, NH--------Robert E. Brigham, 83, of 74 Woodrin Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Friday, February 6, 2004.

Mr. Brigham was born September 6, 1920 in Worcester, MA the son of Alice Brigham Baker. He served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Trollious during WW II in the Pacific and Asiatic Theater and taught signal school.

Mr. Brigham lived in Torrance, CA for thirty-four years and was employed at Hi-Shear Corp. for ten years, retiring in 1987. Mr. Brigham moved to Moultonboro seventeen years ago. He was a Mason for fifty-two years and was a 32nd Degree Mason. He was a member of the Chocorua Lodge #51.

Mr. Brigham is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Leatrice M. (Fletcher) Brigham of Moultonboro, NH; three sons, Ronald Brigham of Connecticut, Dave Brigham of New Hampshire and Robert Brigham of California; a daughter, Barbara Klautzsch or Oregon; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; a sister, Edith Jackson of Florida and several nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his first wife, E. Beatrice Brigham.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services.

Burial will be held in the Spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners' Children Hospital, Bektash Shriners, PO Box 4086, Concord, NH 03302-4086.
