Littleton, MA------Robert J. Palmer, 83, of 542 Great Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia, NH on Friday, January 10, 2003. He was the widower of Gertrude (Wise) Palmer.
Mr. Palmer was born February 26, 1919 in Oyster Bay, New York, the son of Raymond and Martha (Barclay) Palmer. He was a gardener for Leverett Saltonstall for many years. For the last ten years, Mr. Palmer lived in Moultonboro, NH.
Survivors include a brother, Raymond Palmer, of Littleton, MA and a good friend, Paul Onthank, of Moultonboro, NH.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2003 at 1:00 PM at the Moultonboro United Methodist Church, Rtes. 25 and 109, Moultonboro, NH. Rev. Mark J. Brady, Pastor of the Church, will officiate.
Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH is in charge of the arrangements.
