Dorothy G. Waite

Laconia-----Dorothy G. Waite, 90, of 28 Hillcrest Drive, died at Genesis Eldercare Network-Laconia Center on Tuesday, January 12, 2010. She was the widow of Roger K. Waite who died in 1990.
Mrs. Waite was born August 23, 1919 in Danby, Vermont, the daughter of Earl P. and Mary (Derry) Greene.

Mrs. Waite was employed at Kinsman Organ for many years. She loved reading and making various crafts.

Mrs. Waite is survived by a son, Thomas R. Waite, of Laconia; a daughter, Jill Waite, of Laconia; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; one brother, Ronald Green, of Dorset, Vermont; one sister, Emily Lother, of Bennington, Vermont and several nephews and nieces. In addition to her husband and her parents, Mrs. Waite was predeceased by a son, John R. Waite.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2010 from 6:00-8:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 15, 2010 at 11:00AM also at the Funeral Home.

Spring burial will be in the family lot in Union Cemetery, Laconia, N.H.
