Boise, Idaho------Larry James Brunelle of Boise, Idaho passed away on July 31, 2003. Mr. Brunelle was born in Laconia, NH in 1942, the son of Lucien and Matilda (Dankl) Brunelle.
Mr. Brunelle was a graduate of Laconia High School, Class of 1960, and also graduated from the University of New Hampshire and the US Army Officer Candidate School in Fort Lee, Virginia. He served as a Plans and Operations Officer in Germany. Prior to moving to Idaho, he had been in the real estate business in Lincoln, NH where he was a partner in Loon Valley Realty. He was a past director of the Lincoln-Woodstock Chamber of Commerce as well as the Depot Homeowners' Association.
At his death, Mr. Brunelle was a Realtor in Boise where he was a past director of the Surprise Valley Homeowners' Association and the Overlook Homeowners' Association.
Mr. Brunelle was an avid skier all of his life and spent many years as a ski patrolman and ski instructor. He also loved to travel and frequently visited Europe.
Mr. Brunelle is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Bette and Charles Stafford, of Laconia, NH; and by two nephews and their wives, Christopher and Kathleen Stafford of Marblehead, MA and Curtis and Brigitte Stafford of Boston, MA.
There will be no calling hours. A private burial will be held at the family lot in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
