Laconia-----Mrs. Cathleen M. (Hickey) Shayeb, 57, of 181 Belvidere Street, Lakeport, died at her home on Monday, July 19, 2004.
Mrs. Shayeb was born June 28, 1947 in Laconia, NH, the daughter of Robert A. and Doris D. (Theberge) Hickey. She was raised in Laconia and graduated from Laconia High School in 1965. She worked for Crown Life Insurance Company for over ten years, retiring in 1997. She lived in Tampa, Florida for a short time before returning to Laconia, NH 3 years ago.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her husband, J. Victor Shayeb, of Lakeport, NH; a step-son, John V. Shayeb, of Boston, MA; two brothers, Richard Hickey of Northfield, NH and Robert Hickey of Gilmanton, NH; three sisters, Carol Wilder of Goffstown, NH, Connie Bisson of Cincinnati, Ohio and Susan Hickey of Meredith, NH.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 24 at 12:00 Noon at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, Inc., 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
