Laconia-----Jeanette "Jan" Bolduc, 76, of 143 Randlett Drive, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Sunday, June 22, 2003.
Jeanette was born July 22, 1926 in Berlin, NH, the daughter of Theodore and Stella (Houle) Jodoin. She graduated from Farmington High School and received a diploma from the Kathleen Dell College. She was a longtime resident of Laconia and was involved in many civic organizations in the Lakes Region. She was also an accomplished artist.
In the summer of 1965, Jeanette traveled to the Philippine Islands to do missionary work with the LaSalette Order. She owned and operated her own beauty shop until she retired.
Jeanette is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gerard T. Bolduc, of Laconia, NH; three children, Susan Brownlee and husband, Ken, of Clifton Park, N. Y., Gary Bolduc and wife, Darlene, and Jim Bolduc and wife, Mary, all of Belmont, NH; two granddaughters, Nickole Bolduc of Northfield, NH and Heather Chisholm of Tampa, Fl; two grandsons, Gerred Bolduc of Laconia and Bryan Chisholm of Clifton Park, N. Y.; one great granddaughter, Emily Boissoneault of Northfield, NH and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her parents, her brothers, Gaston and Peter, and by her sister, Lucille.
Friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at 1:00PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH followed by a graveside service at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia, NH at 2:00PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your own favorite charity in Jan's name.
