Robert James Ouellette

Laconia-----Robert James Ouellette, 75, of 190 School Street, Lakeport died Friday, June 11th, 2004 from a stroke at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH.  In his final hours he was surrounded by all of his nine children.

     He was born September 7, 1928 in Laconia the son of Oscar J. and Irene (O’Mara) Ouellette of Lakeport.

      He was a Veteran of World War II serving in the Army Air Corp and is a member of the Wilkins-Smith American Legion Post #1 in Laconia.  Bob was a welder and fabricator and worked at Tekwood in Lakeport and Bergen-Patterson prior to his retirement.

      Some of his interests were gardening, ice-fishing with his family and hunting trips with relatives in Quebec. He was a dog Lover. 

      He is survived by his nine children.  Deborah Andriski & husband Michael of Laconia; Dennis & Gale of Laconia, Denise Novak and husband James of Thornton, Darlene Bolduc & husband, Gary of Belmont, Dan and Amanda of Laconia, Dianne of Laconia, Doreen and husband Steve of Holderness,  Dave and wife Tammy of Laconia, and Senior Chief Don and Terri of Virginia Beach, Virginia; seventeen grandchildren, Chris, Jon, Mike, Kristina, Robbie, Lee-Ann, Missy, Greg, Kathryn, Nickole, Gerred, Brad, Conner, Jillian, Jonathan, Andrew, Stephanie; six great-grandchildren, Emily, Tianna, Darren, Kaley, Andrea and Riley; by his older brother, Oscar and wife June of Lusby, Maryland; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.

       Bob was an amazing man and will be sadly missed and loved by all!!

       Calling hours will be held at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, Sunday, June 13, 2004 5-8 PM using the Carriage House entrance.

        A graveside service will be held at the St. Lambert Cemetery, Province Street, Laconia, Monday June 14, 2004 at 1:00 PM.

     The Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home & Cremation Services are in charge of the arrangements.
