Laconia-----Guy P. Richardson, Jr., 87, of 216 Union Avenue died at the New Hampshire Veterans Home, Tilton, NH on Sunday, June 11, 2006. He was the widower of Ann (Peppard) Richardson.
Mr. Richardson was born March 17, 1919 in Topsham, Maine, the son of Millicent (Smith) and Guy P. Richardson, Sr. Mr. Richardson served in the U. S. Army. He enjoyed snowmobiling and motorcycles.
Survivors include a son, Robert P. Richardson of Colonial Heights, VA; a daughter, Judy A. Minor, of Gilford, NH; eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was predeceased by a sister, Helen Richardson.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, June 19, 2006 from 9:30-10:30AM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30AM also at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at 3:00PM in the family lot in Riverview Cemetery, Topsham, Maine
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
