Laconia----------Mr. Robert Racette, 31, of 16 Fairview Street, died at his home on Thursday, July 25, 2002.
Mr. Racette was born July 30, 1971 in Laconia, the son of Robert P. and Ruth M (Pittsley) Racette. He had been a resident of the Lakes Region all of his life.
Mr. Racette was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish in Belmont and was a Third Degree Knights of Columbus.
Mr. Racette was a volunteer for the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was awarded the Citizen of the Year by ARC in 1991 and was awarded second place for the Adaption Contraption by the Assisted Technology, Inc. in 1997.
Survivors include his parents of Belmont; aunts, uncles; several cousins; and his extended family and special friends at Fairview St.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2002 from 2PM to 4PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 29, 2002 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Parish , 96 Main Street, Belmont, NH.
Burial will follow in the family lot in South Road Cemetery in Belmont, NH.
