Belmont-----Samuel David Shaw, infant son of David F. and Jennifer M. (Grablewski) Shaw, of 292 Horne Road, died at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon on Thursday, June 20, 2002.
Samuel was born June 20, 2002 in Lebanon, NH
Beside his parents, Samuel is survived by two sisters, Gabrielle and Grace, both of Belmont; his paternal grandfather, Francis E. Shaw of Peru, MA; his maternal grandmother, Mary C. Grablewski of Danbury, NH and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandmother, Barbara H. Shaw and by his maternal grandfather, Joseph F. Grablewski.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 28, 2002 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Parish, 96 Main Street, Belmont. Private burial will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Laconia.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Belmont Elementary School Music Department c/o Emily Spear, 26 B.E.S.T. Street, Belmont, NH 03220
