Edna A. Bouley

Laconia--- Mrs. Edna A. Bouley, 94, of 18 Beech Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Sunday March 7, 2004. She was the widow of Wilfred J. Bouley who died in 1959.

Mrs. Bouley was born July 25, 1909 in Laconia, the daughter of the late Charles F. and Sadie (Colby) Joyal. She was a life-long resident of Laconia.

Mrs. Bouley was a communicant of St. Joseph Church and a member of the Blue Army at church. She was employed at Scott & Williams for over 25 years and was a member of the Quarter Centery Club and was involved in the Union.

Mrs. Bouley was a member of the Mt. Belknap Grange # 52 and a member of the Golden Sheaf.

Survivors include a daughter and her husband Theresa (Bouley) Noyes and her husband Wesley S. Noyes, Jr. of Canterbury; 4 grandchildren Wayne Noyes of Concord, Brenda Roach of Pembroke, Mark Noyes of Birmingham, AL. and Lori O'Leary of Longbeach, CA.; 11 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; a brother Edward "Ted" Joyal of Laconia; many nephews and nieces. Beside her parents she was predeceased by 3 brothers Henry Joyal, Fernando "Bing" Joyal and Harry Joyal; 6 sisters Agnes Blackey, Lois McMurphy, Edith Darling, Mildred Hamilton, Eva Morancy and Sadye Edwards.

Calling hours will be held at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, Tuesday March 9, 2004 from 7-9 using the Carriage House entrance.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, Laconia, Wednesday March 10, 2004 at 10:00 AM. The Rev. Gary Kosmowski, pastor of the church will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Lambert Cemetery, Laconia.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph Church 30 Church Street, Laconia, NH 03246 or The Carmelite Monastery, 275 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or the charity of one's choice.
