Meredith-----------------Frances I. Pakus, 60, of 20 True Road 107, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Monday, March 8, 2004.
Mrs. Pakus was born July 5, 1943 in Concord, MA, the daughter of the late Frank and Josephine (DeMambro) Kasziewicz. She lived in Pepperell, MA for a number of years before moving to Meredith, NH four years ago. She was employed at New England Business Services.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Pakus of Meredith, NH and Daniel Pakus of Pepperell, MA; a daughter, Deborah Lajoie, of Haverhill, MA; five grandchildren, Christinia Pakus and Hillary Pakus both of Meredith, NH and Timothy Lajoie, Tyler Lajoie and Shayla Lajoie all of Haverhill, MA; two brothers, James Kasziewicz and John Kasziewicz, both of Washington; a sister, Betty Scesney of Maynard, MA; and many nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Helen Baralone.
There will be no calling hours.
A Private Graveside Service will be held at the family lot in Glenwood Cemetery, Maynard, MA on Saturday, March 20, 2004 at 11:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Meredith Public Health Nursing Association; 45 NH Route 25, Meredith, NH 03253.
