Beverly B. Arey

Belmont-----Beverly B. Arey, 76, of 21 Gilman Shore Road, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia on Saturday, March 6, 2010.

Mrs. Arey was born February 6, 1934 in Cambridge, Mass., the daughter of Bernice (Mosher) and William B. Nelson, Jr. She had been a resident of Belmont since 1972 and had been employed at New England Telephone Co. for many years, retiring in 1995.

Mrs. Arey loved traveling and enjoyed bird watching and her flower gardens.

Mrs. Arey is survived by her husband, Bruce Arey, of Belmont; a son, Robert Arey, of Rumney; a stepdaughter, Stacey Wheeler, of Bethel, Maine; three grandchildren; a brother, William Nelson, of Fort Myers, Florida and two nephews.

According to Mrs. Arey’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Hampshire Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, N. H. 03247.
