Watertown,MA------Peter J. Berube, Sr., 65, of 55 Waverly Avenue, Watertown MA, died at the Mt. Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA on Sunday, May 30, 2004.
Mr. Berube was born December 16, 1938 in Manchester, NH, the son of Louis and Marilda (Michelin) Berube. He grew up in Franklin, NH and attended Franklin High School and later Keene State College. Mr. Berube served in the U. S. Army. He was a shop teacher at the Gaebler School in Massachusetts for over twenty years. Mr. Berube was a member of the Franklin Lodge of Elks in Franklin, NH and was a member of the Loyal Order of Eagles, Watertown, MA.
Survivors include a daughter, Lorretta Sikoski of Gilford, NH; a son, Peter John Berube, Jr. of Meredith, NH; and four grandchildren, Shawn Bourdon, Adam Sikoski, and Lauren Sikoski all of Gilford, NH, and Briah Welch of Meredith
There will be no calling hours.
A private service will be held at the N. H. State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
