Gilford-----Stanley C. Elliott Jr, 78, of 29 Old Lake Shore Road, died at his home on Saturday, May 7, 2005.
Mr. Elliott was born on August 8, 1926 in Lyme, NH, the son of Stanley C. and Lula Belle (Baker ) Elliott Sr. He was a resident of Lyme, NH for many years before moving to Gilford, NH 46 years ago.
Mr. Elliott was a member of Belknap County Sportsman Club. He coached little league and was a past Boy Scout leader. He also was a taxidermist.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Dave and Laurie Elliott of Meredth, NH, Joseph and Jean Elliott of Laconia, NH; a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Eugene Pantaleo of Franklin, NH; a brother Harry Elliott of NH; a sister, Louise Moss of TN; ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years in February, 2004 and a son, Frederick Elliott in 2000.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, May 9, 2005 from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH using the Carriage House Entrance. A Funeral service will be held on Tuesday May, 10 at 11:00 AM also at the funeral home.
Burial will follow in the family lot at Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, 780 North Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
