Belmont-----A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2006 at 11:00AM at the South Road Cemetery, Belmont, NH for Thomas A. Donohue, Jr., 67, of 342 Bean Hill Road, who died at Mt. Ridge Healthcare Center, Franklin, NH on Sunday, December 18, 2005.
Mr. Donohue was born May 13, 1938 in New York City, New York, the son of Emily (Fischer) and Thomas A. Donohue, Sr. He lived in Deal, New Jersey for several years before moving to Belmont, NH thirty-one years ago. He was employed at the Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia for twenty-five years, retiring in 1999.
Mr. Donohue was a life member of the Laconia Lodge of Elks #876 and was active with the 4-H Fair in Belmont.
Survivors include a brother and sister-in-law, Albert A and Rita Donohue, with whom he made his home; three nephews, Matthew Donohue of Oregon, and Michael and Robert Donohue, both of Belmont; and two nieces, Sheila King and Karen Hammare both of Belmont.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Laconia Lodge of Elks Scholarship Fund, PO Box 676, Laconia, NH 03247.
