Laconia-----Mrs. Jeannette A. Baron, 74, of 7 Church Street, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Monday, May 21, 2007.

Mrs. Baron was born September 4, 1932 in Laconia, NH the daughter of Edlaw and Avila (Guilbert) Carrigan.  She was a lifelong resident of Laconia and was employed at the Laconia Shoe Co.  She enjoyed crafts.

The family will fondly remember the wonderful time Mrs. Baron shared with them at her grandson’s graduation this past Sunday.

Survivors include a son, Jerry A. Baron, of North Berwick, Maine; a daughter, Michelle J. Baron, of Meredith; five grandchildren; two sisters, her twin, Jeanne Noyes, of Belmont and Irene Patten of Laconia and several nephews and nieces.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Arthur Carrigan and by a sister, Regina Gordon.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2007 from Noon to 2:00 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.

A Funeral Service will follow the Calling Hours at 2:00PM also at the Funeral Home.

Burial will follow in the family lot in Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 2 Wall Street, Manchester, NH 03101 or to the American Lung Association of NH, 9 Cedarwood Drive Unit 12, Bedford, NH 03110.
