Laconia----Jason A. Dame, infant son of Alan R. and Edith A. (Bridges) Dame Jr., of 21 Leigh Ct., Laconia, died at the Lakes Region General Hospital on Wednesday, November 24, 2004.
Besides his parents, survivors include his sister, Nyla Dame, of Laconia, NH; paternal grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Alan R. Dame Sr. of Laconia, NH; his maternal grandparents Frank & Mary Tolman of Plymouth, NH; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
There are no calling hours.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 29, 2004 at 11:00 AM at the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH. Burial will follow in the family lot at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Union Avenue, Laconia, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Lakes Region General Hospital Nursery, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of the arrangements.
