Laconia-----Marion K. Higgins, 79, of 175 Blueberry Lane, formerly of 87 Chase Rd, Meredith and Weirs Blvd, Laconia, died at Genesis Eldercare Laconia Center on Saturday November 18, 2006.
Mrs. Higgins was born on January 29, 1927, the daughter of Edgar N. and Bertha (Tibbetts) Keith in Bangor, ME.
Mrs. Higgins was a piano teacher in the Lakes Region for many years. She had formerly lived in Bangor before moving to the Lakes Region in 1957.
Survivors include long time friends Nancy & Thomas Marcoux and family of Gilford. There are no family survivors. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother who was killed during WWII.
There are no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held in Bayside Cemetery Laconia, Tuesday November 21 2006 at 1:00 PM.
