Laconia-----Beatrice M. Favreau, 88, of 47 Birchwood Way died at home on Thursday, November 2, 2006.
Mrs. Favreau was born December 7, 1917 in St. Malo, Canada, the daughter of Cyrille and Rosanna (Durocher) Crete. She was the widow of Roger A. Favreau who died in 1979.
Mrs. Favreau lived in Bethel, Maine for many years before moving to Laconia twenty-six years ago. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Church.
Survivors include two sons, Y. Leon Favreau of Shelburne, NH and Donald B. Favreau of Mesa, Arizona; a daughter, Micheline F. Roy, of Laconia, NH and a daughter-in-law, Virginia Favreau, of Charlotte, N.C.; fifteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Lucille Stankiewicz, of Davenport, Florida and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, David R. Favreau, in 1992 and by ten brothers and sisters. She was a loving and caring sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
A calling hour will be held on Friday, November 10, 2006 from 9:30-10:30AM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH.
Following the calling hour, a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Church Street, Laconia, NH at 11:00AM by Rev. Gary Kosmowski, Pastor of the Church.
Burial will be in the family lot at Pine Grove Cemetery, W. Bethel, Maine.
