Jeanne Y. Bergeron

Gilford-----Jeanne Y. Bergeron, 45, of 1024 Cherry Valley Road, died at her home on Tuesday, November 17, 2009.
Jeanne was born December 28, 1963 in Fort Bragg, N.C., the daughter of Noel L. and Doris E. (Stone) Bergeron.
Jeanne had been a resident of Laconia for many years before moving to Gilford in 1991. She was a 1986 graduate of the University of New Hampshire. She was employed at Genesis Health Care-Laconia Center for fourteen years before retiring in 1998.
Jeanne was a communicant of Our Lady of the Lakes Church, Lakeport. She enjoyed reading, birding and internet surfing. She was a great cat lover.
Jeanne was a member of the Brain Injury Association of N.H. in Concord.
Survivors include her mother, Doris E. Bergeron; her longtime partner, Claudia Messier; two brothers, Noel Bergeron and Brad Bergeron; four sisters, Carol B. Hewson, Annette Bergeron, Judith Bergeron Garza and Roberta Bergeron; seven nieces; four nephews; three great nephews; aunts, uncles and many cousins. She was predeceased by her father, Noel L. Bergeron.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 20, 2009 from 3:00-6:00 PM in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, N. H.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Lakes Church, 50 Washington Street, Lakeport, on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at Noon.
Committal Prayers will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 11:00AM at the family lot in Calvary Cemetery, Lancaster, N.H.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the New Hampshire Humane Society, PO Box 572, Laconia, N. H. 03247 or to the Brain Injury Association of N.H., 109 N. State Street, Concord, N.H. 03301.
