Lebanon------Hunter John Toth, newborn son of Melinda K. Ellsworth and David J. Toth, of 9 Barrows Street, died at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center on Wednesday, September 1, 2004. Hunter was born in Lebanon, NH on Tuesday, August 31, 2004.
In addition to his parents, survivors include a brother and a sister, David Toth and Korie Toth both of Ohio; his maternal grandparents, Kathryn Ellsworth and her fiancé, Mike Marden, of Laconia, NH and Scott Ellsworth of Northfield, NH; his paternal grandparents, Patricia and Ronald Toth, of Ocean Gate, New Jersey; his great grandparents, William and Catherine Edgar, of Gilford, NH and Helen Ellsworth of Belmont, NH; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at 11:00AM at Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
