Gilmanton, NH-----Barbara C. Ingalls, 79, of 1340 Province Road, died suddenly on Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at the Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine. She was the widow of Charles J. Ingalls who died on July 11, 2001.
Mrs. Ingalls was born Jan. 11, 1927 in Hartford, CT, the daughter of Stephen A. and Elizabeth Z. (Swan) Cook. She lived in Danvers, MA for several years before moving to Gilmanton, NH in 1986. She was an active member of the Women’s Guild in Gilmanton, and she enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen J. Ingalls of Virginia Beach, VA and Charles G. Ingalls II of Danvers, MA; two daughters, Caryn Boggs of Salem, MA and Heidi Forsyth of Beverly, MA; ten grandchildren and four great grandsons.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
